Why Omarosa Won’t Be Joining The Real Housewives of Potomac

Despite fans clamoring for Omarosa to join “The Real Housewives of Potomac,” it seems that the reality TV icon has other priorities at the moment. According to TMZ, Omarosa is currently focused on her law school studies and preparing for the bar exam, making it unlikely for her to participate in season 9 of the Bravo hit series.

In an interview with TMZ, Omarosa revealed that she had never even considered becoming a ‘Housewife’ before and was unaware of the fan campaign to have her join the cast of ‘RHOP’. However, she did mention that she is a fan of the franchise and would not be opposed to joining a ‘Housewives’ series in the future.

Omarosa’s busy study schedule at Southern University in Louisiana would make it challenging for her to juggle the demands of ‘RHOP’s filming schedule. While she was able to make a brief appearance on E!’s “House of Villains” last year, the filming duration of less than 2 weeks did not interfere with her school semester.

The current season of ‘RHOP’ has seen its fair share of offscreen drama, with star Karen Huger being arrested for a DUI earlier in March. With cast members like Robyn Dixon and Candiace Dillard Bassett reportedly saying goodbye to the show, fans were hoping for a new addition to shake things up.

While fans may be eager to see Omarosa join the cast of “The Real Housewives of Potomac,” her commitments to her legal studies and preparing for the bar exam make it unlikely for her to participate in the upcoming season. Despite her interest in the franchise, Omarosa’s busy schedule would pose a challenge for her to take on the demands of a reality TV series like ‘RHOP’.
