Shannen Doherty was born on April 12, 1971 in Memphis, Tennessee. At just 11 years old, she made her on-screen debut in TV series like Voyagers! and Father Murphy in the early 1980s. Her breakout role came with the recurring part of Jenny Wilder on Little House on the Prairie. Doherty’s star continued to rise with a memorable appearance in the cult-classic film Heathers.

However, it was her portrayal of Brenda Walsh on Beverly Hills, 90210 that truly solidified her status as a household name.
