The court documents reveal that Lucy Poole, Amanda Bustard, and Kenneth Gomez claimed to have experienced continuous and offensive harassment while working for Tiesi. The employees further alleged that they were discriminated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and sexual orientation.
Lucy Poole, who worked as a nanny for Tiesi’s son, accused the reality star of calling her derogatory names and treating her in a vulgar and violent manner. Amanda Bustard, who served as Tiesi’s social media manager, also alleged inappropriate and violent behavior by Tiesi, claiming that she was subjected to offensive language and threats of physical violence. Kenneth Gomez, who worked as Tiesi’s assistant and stylist, accused Tiesi of making derogatory comments about the LGBTQ community and refusing to pay him after he complained about unpaid wages.
The three plaintiffs are seeking more than $4,250,000 each for damages and have requested a trial by jury to address their claims. They cited emotional distress, loss of earnings, and loss of employment benefits as some of the consequences of their alleged mistreatment by Tiesi. The lawsuit highlights a disturbing pattern of behavior by the reality star towards her employees, painting a concerning picture of harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
