Sam Heughan Jokes About Stealing Taylor Swift from Travis Kelce

At a recent stop on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Edinburgh, Scotland, “Outlander” star Sam Heughan joked about stealing the pop star from her current beau, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce. Heughan, who was dressed in costume as his character Jamie Fraser, playfully stated that Swift will forget all about Kelce when she sees him in the audience.

Heughan went on to say that Swift will be unable to resist his charm and will choose him over Kelce. Despite the playful banter, it is clear that Heughan sees himself as a contender for Swift’s affection.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been in a relationship since last summer, after Kelce attended one of Swift’s concerts and tried to give her a friendship bracelet. While Kelce has expressed disappointment in not being able to personally hand the bracelet to Swift due to her voice-saving measures, the two have been going strong ever since.

A Chance Meeting Turned Relationship

Swift decided to give Kelce a chance after he talked about her on his podcast, putting her in the spotlight. The couple kept their relationship private for a few months before going public in September. Sources suggest that the two may be taking the next step by getting engaged this summer.

While Sam Heughan’s playful joking about stealing Taylor Swift from Travis Kelce is all in good fun, it is evident that Kelce and Swift have a strong and stable relationship. The dynamics of celebrity relationships often make for entertaining headlines, but ultimately, it is the individuals involved who determine the course of their relationships.
