Kanye West Sued by Former Assistant for Sexual Harassment and Wrongful Termination

Kanye West is facing serious allegations of sexual harassment and wrongful termination from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. Pisciotta claims that she started working with West in July 2021, assisting him with the launch of his Yeezy fashion line. The influencer was reportedly offered a significant salary of $1 million for the job, with the condition that she be available to West 24/7, a demand she agreed to. However, things took a turn when West allegedly asked Pisciotta to delete her OnlyFans account in 2022, which was earning her an additional $1 million. In exchange, West purportedly promised to raise her salary to $2 million per year, but failed to follow through on this promise.

According to Pisciotta’s lawsuit, West began sending her explicit and vulgar text messages shortly after the salary increase. The texts allegedly contained graphic descriptions of sexual acts and desires, as well as photos and videos of West engaging in intercourse with other women. Pisciotta also claims to have received intimate photos of current and former Yeezy employees, further implicating West in inappropriate behavior.

The lawsuit details several disturbing incidents involving West, including him allegedly masturbating on the phone with Pisciotta, questioning her about her boyfriends’ genital sizes, and coercing her to remove clothing in the office. In one particularly unsettling event, West reportedly locked them in a room together and masturbated next to her before falling asleep. Pisciotta also alleges that West became angry when she rejected his advances for dating or sex.

Despite being promoted to Chief of Staff and offered a $4 million salary by West in September 2022, Pisciotta claims that she was abruptly fired just a month later. She was promised $3 million in severance pay, which she also never received. These actions have led Pisciotta to file a lawsuit against West, seeking compensation for breach of contract and a hostile work environment.

Representatives for Kanye West have not yet responded to the allegations made by Pisciotta. This legal battle comes on the heels of another controversy for West, who was recently accused of firing a black employee solely based on their race. Benjamin Deshon Provo, a security guard at West’s Christian school Donda Academy, filed a lawsuit claiming racial discrimination in his termination.

The allegations made by Pisciotta against Kanye West are extremely serious and disturbing. The detailed accounts of sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, and wrongful termination paint a troubling picture of the rapper’s conduct. It remains to be seen how West will respond to these accusations and what the outcome of the legal proceedings will be.
