Prince Louis: A Look at His Royal Milestones

Prince Louis, the youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales, entered the world on a special day – April 23, 2018. Born at the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital, he joined his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, in the royal family. While he has not yet made his royal tour debut, Prince Louis has already achieved some remarkable milestones in his young life.

A Star in the Making

One of Prince Louis’ earliest public appearances was at a ceremony in 2019, where he stole the show with his enthusiastic waving and adorable interactions with members of the royal family. At just 13 months old, he charmed everyone in a blue and white outfit that had previously been worn by his father, Prince William, and his uncle, Prince Harry, during their own childhoods.

Prince Louis demonstrated his growing personality in 2020 when he participated in a Q&A session with natural historian and broadcaster, Sir David Attenborough. It was the first time the public heard the young prince speak, giving a glimpse into his developing character.

In celebration of his third birthday, Prince Louis began his first day at Willcocks Nursery in Kensington. His mother, Kate, captured the moment with a photograph of the smiling prince on his red balance bike, dressed in a smart outfit ready for his big day.

A Family Affair

Accompanied by his parents and siblings, Prince Louis made standout appearances during various royal events, such as the Platinum Jubilee celebrations and the Christmas Day church service in Sandringham. His bond with Princess Charlotte was particularly evident as he playfully chased after her with a bunch of flowers.

On May 6, 2023, Prince Louis was present at Westminster Abbey for his grandfather King Charles’ coronation. Despite his young age, he played a role in the historic event, supported by his siblings and caregiver. Following the ceremony, the royal family enjoyed a carriage procession back to Buckingham Palace.

A Helping Hand

In a heartwarming display of community spirit, the Wales family volunteered with a Scout group in Slough after the King’s coronation. Prince Louis, alongside Prince George and Princess Charlotte, contributed to the Big Help Out initiative by participating in activities like filling a wheelbarrow with sand and trying his hand at painting.

Prince Louis has already made his mark on the royal stage with his charming personality and memorable appearances. As he continues to grow and develop, he undoubtedly has a bright future ahead as a beloved member of the royal family.
