Travis Kelce and Christian McCaffrey, both NFL superstars, were recently spotted enjoying each other’s company at the famous Nobu restaurant in Malibu. Despite facing off in Vegas a few weeks ago, with Kelce’s team emerging victorious, the two athletes seemed to put their rivalry aside and hang out together.
An Unplanned Reunion
Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, made an appearance at Nobu around 8 PM, coincidentally at the same time as McCaffrey and his fiancée, Olivia Culpo. It seems like McCaffrey and Culpo were there for a Dolce Glow product event, with several other influencers and celebrities in attendance as well. Although it remains unclear why Kelce was present at the event, he seemed to be enjoying his time with the group.
As the night came to an end, Kelce and McCaffrey left the restaurant in separate cars. Kelce, however, attempted to evade the paparazzi by making his exit through the kitchen around midnight. On the other hand, McCaffrey and Culpo opted for the usual route and didn’t seem to mind being photographed. It’s intriguing how Kelce has become camera shy, contrasting with his usual composed demeanor on the field.
Despite only meeting for the first time in the 2023 offseason, Kelce and McCaffrey seem to have quickly developed a friendship. Their casual hangout shortly after the Super Bowl suggests a budding camaraderie between the two athletes. With McCaffrey and Culpo getting ready to tie the knot soon, one can’t help but wonder if Kelce sought relationship advice from the engaged couple.

While Kelce continues to enjoy his off-season bouncing around the country, speculations about a potential marriage between him and songstress Taylor Swift linger. Nonetheless, Kelce seems to be making the most of his free time before gearing up for another rigorous NFL season.
