During a December appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Madix expressed her desire to resolve the ownership issue swiftly. She even mentioned a specific real estate lawyer named Joel Weiner, suggesting that she had been trying to communicate with him regarding the matter.
Madix has made it clear that she wants to sell the shared home, while Sandoval opposes the idea.
