Court documents have revealed that actress Sophie Turner will be spending the festive season in the UK with her two daughters, Willa and Delphine, whom she shares with ex-husband Joe Jonas. The “Game of Thrones” star is set to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s with her children until January 7, after which they will return to New York City with Jonas.
While it is still uncertain if the former couple will come together for Christmas, Joe Jonas’ Instagram Story on December 24 revealed that he was still in London. Representatives for the couple have not provided any comments on their holiday plans.
Last week, paparazzi captured pictures of Sophie Turner taking a rainy day stroll with her daughters in London. The 27-year-old actress was seen bundled up in a black coat, pushing the 3-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine in a stroller. One of the toddlers was even holding onto an umbrella.
In contrast, Joe Jonas, who is a member of the popular band Jonas Brothers, was spotted walking into Chiltern Firehouse, a trendy hotspot in London. The 34-year-old musician has been enjoying his time in the UK while his daughters spend time with their mother.
During a multi-day meditation in October, Jonas and Turner reached an “amicable resolution” regarding the custody of their children. The agreement, obtained by Page Six, outlined the care arrangements for Willa and Delphine leading into January 2024. It was agreed that the children would spend Thanksgiving with their father and Christmas with their mother.
The split between Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner became messy when Turner sued Jonas, demanding the immediate return of their children to Europe. This was in accordance with the agreement they had made to raise their children in England before their breakup. However, the couple later stated that they were committed to being “great co-parents” and Jonas filed for a private settlement of their divorce.
Sophie Turner wasted no time in moving on from her ex-husband. In November, she was spotted kissing aristocrat Peregrine Pearson. The couple seems to be going strong as they were recently seen packing on the PDA while walking in London. On the other hand, Joe Jonas has not publicly dated anyone since the split.
