Former Baywatch “actress” Pamela Anderson is trying to do good.
The new reality TV star has decided to build an eco-friendly hotel in Abu Dhabi.
And by building, we’re sure she means someone else is paying for it and she’s just putting her name behind it.
Apparently, Anderson “fell in love” with the city when she recently visited for a charity trip.
While visiting, the royal family in Abu Dhabi asked her to become a HOtelier.
Anderson says, “I’m building a hotel there. It is environmentally friendly. I went there with the Make a Wish Foundation and met some great people there. The royal family was really friendly.”
Pam insists the hotel will be super green.
Adding, “It’s built with no fossil fuel at all in Abu Dhabi where they’ve all that oil.”

According to a new report, the late Tim Russert’s son, Luke, will be covering the Democratic and Republican conventions for NBC News.
The younger Russert’s assignment as a convention correspondent focusing on “youth issues” is his first for NBC, the network stated Thursday.
NBC New’s president stated, “Never before in an election cycle has so much attention turned to the youth vote, and Luke will bring a unique perspective to covering it.”
Russert said in a statement that he was “humbled and grateful” for the opportunity.

According to a new report, Gisele has basically put her NYC-West Village penthouse on clearence. She’s asking $5.9 million for the penthouse, more than half of her original asking price of$10.9 million.
We don’t feel too bad, though. She purchased the pad for $3 million in 2002. If she sells it for the reduced rate she’s still making almost $3 million in profit!
Gisele’s BF, Tom Brady, has his Manhattan digs up for sale as well.
He listed his roughly 3,000-square-foot home in the fancy Time Warner center at $18.29 million, up about 30% from what he paid.
Hmmm. Makes you wonder.

British actor Sean Bean (Lord of the Rings) has been arrested over allegations he assaulted his fourth wife.
Christian Bale, anyone???
Bean was arrested at his London home on Thursday night after getting into a fight with Georgina Sutcliffe.
The actor, of course, is denying the assault allegations.
Well, after her hubby was taken in by the popo, it seems like wifey had a change of heart.
“The allegations have subsequently been withdrawn and the bail charges dropped,” says a police spokesperson.
The wife claims, “Everything was blown out of proportion. There is not problem between us.”
And Bean just states, “‘I’m fine.”
Sean and his wife made headlines earlier this year when they cancelled their wedding less than 24 hours before they were set to walk down the aisle.
They eventually got married a month later.
But, it seems like wifey might VERY SOON be the ex-Mrs. Sean Bean!
