After news that Shia LaBeouf is getting off from his drink driving charges with no more than a 9 month license suspension, word comes that the LA County DA has decided to not file felony charges against Kanye West and his bodyguard for an altercation with the paparazzi at LAX.
He might still get slapped with a misdemeanor, but for now, the coast is clear!
