The always-interesting issue of People magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful People is on the way, and Kate Hudson was just revealed to be the cover girl and number one pick for 2008.

The 29-year-old mother heads a list that includes the likes of Salma Hayek, Rumer Willis, Mary J. Blige, Amanda Beard, the Gossip Girl cast and adorable couple Eva Longoria & Tony Parker.
