On Sunday night, we made it out to the Velvet Margarita Cantina in Hollywood to celebrate Charlie and mommy Amanda Bynes’s cover of Animal Fair magazine.

They’re just friends, though. Sadly, we don’t think Teddy is gay doggie. We’re not so sure about Charlie! ha ha
