It was a Grey’s Anatomy cast outing, as stars from the hit made their way to the UCLA campus on Friday night (February 29).

First spotted was Katherine Heigl, who looked aglow in a low-cut red gown as she walked arm-in-arm with co-star/pal T.R. Knight in between signing autographs for a gathered crowd of spectators.
